Refreshing light dessert with no artificial sweeteners, using up your ripe bananas and mango. A little tropic in a scoop. No cooking needed.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, ripe
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla
- 2 TBSP agave syrup
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tsp
- 1 mango , diced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 TBSP dark rum, (Captain Morgan Spiced Rum) or rum essence*
- Coconut Chips, to serve
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender, except cream.
- Add cream last, and blend 30-60 second more.
- Needs about 10 minutes in your ice cream machine.
- Serve it with coconut flakes.
